Google Integrates 3 New AI Features into Chrome

Google Integrates 3 New AI Features

Google, a US-based software company, is making several changes across all its platforms. On August 1, Google integrates 3 new AI features into the Chrome browser, desktop, and other platforms.

According to Google’s post, Google integrates 3 new AI features using the Google Artificial Intelligence and Gemini models. The features included the Google lens, tab compare, and revisit open tab.

Now, Google platforms will get Google Lens, which allows users to choose, search, and ask questions opened on the web. To access the Google Lens feature, click on the lens icon in the address bar and then tap anywhere to enable the visual search feature. Once it is enabled, a side panel will appear where you can access the search matches.

Google integrates 3 new AI features and has a tab-compare feature for users who want to shop online and search for better deals and prices available on other platforms. The tab-compare feature compares features, uses an AI overview to offer multiple tabs, and creates a comparison window of specifications, features, prices, ratings, and more details.

Another feature is the revisit open tab coming to Google Chrome, which also uses AI. You have to type prompts on the search tab, like What was the café shop I looked at last week? After that, it will provide results based on your browsing history.

However, the tab comparison and browsing feature will be released to the United States of America users only.
